Our Televet solutions are market-leading. Through Joii Pet Care, we’ve delivered over 400,000 online vet consults at 95% customer satisfaction with nearly 70% of consults resolved online. 

Our Automated Triage solution uses clinically trained AI agents to direct pet owners to the appropriate level of care for their pet. This offers a cost efficient way to triage pets, removing any unnecessary practice visits and ensuring digital resolution where appropriate. All while keeping a vet in-the-loop to oversee the advice.
